While our current collection focuses on standard sizes, we’re proud to offer a selection of comfortable, stylish options like our high-waist briefs and roomy dressing gowns that accommodate various body types. We’re continually expanding our size ranges based on customer feedback.

We recommend hand washing our delicate pieces in cool water with mild detergent to maintain their quality. For machine washable items like cotton nightshirts, use a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Always check the care label included with your garment.

Simply click “Register” during checkout or in the top navigation. We’ll only ask for essential details to make your future shopping experiences smoother and to help track your orders.

We process orders quickly to get your beautiful pieces to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the dispatch phase.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience. All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems to protect your information.

We offer two delivery services:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): via DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing).
Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our Brighton boutique to your doorstep.

While we don’t charge additional fees, some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

We want you to love your Camille pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items with original tags within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a form to include with your package. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate items unless faulty.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued, which may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
