Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all protective liners intact
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, the following intimate items cannot be returned:
- All bras (including Full Cup Bras, Non-Wired Bras, Nursing Bras)
- Briefs (including Full Briefs, Maxi Briefs, Midi Briefs)
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective liners.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Brighton address using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for faster processing).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received. Should your exchange item cost more, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For international returns, we recommend using the same carrier as your original delivery (DHL/FedEx for Standard Shipping, EMS for Free Shipping).
