We deliver worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) to bring our premium sleepwear and lingerie directly to your doorstep.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Flat rate of £12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50
- Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch
For international deliveries, we recommend using the same carrier as your original order (DHL/FedEx for Standard Shipping, EMS for Free Shipping) if you need to make a return.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your Camille Lingerie purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all protective liners intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All bras (Full Cup Bras, Non-Wired Bras, Nursing Bras)
- Briefs (Full Briefs, Maxi Briefs, Midi Briefs)

How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags and protective liners.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Brighton address using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for faster processing).

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the return. If your exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
